Rename button "CI lint" to "CI Lint" on jobs page

What does this MR do?

This MR renames the button CI lint to CI Lint (changed case of the L) on the project jobs page to make it consistent with the project pipelines page.

It also externalizes the strings of the project jobs page header.

(This bugged me for a while but I always forgot to open a MR. 😆)
