Fix 'create label' dropdown color preview tile

What does this MR do?

This MR fixes the small color preview tile in the "Create project label" (or "Create group label") dropdown.

Steps to test

1. Go to a project
2. Open an existing issue or create one
3. Click on "Edit"
4. Click on "Create project label"
5. See the misaligned color preview tile to the left of the input
