What does this MR do?
Based on the discovery @ #294438 (comment 476253131)
This change is based on the FAC API guide (page 15).
It says:
-k Ignore certificate errors - This can be overcome with use of a valid certificate.
The ruby equivalent of this is using verify: false
while making the request, which is the change included in this MR.
