Updated label colors and names

What does this MR do?

1. Updates the suggested colors to have more familiar names within the tooltip
2. Replaces the current hex with the corresponding value to the new name from http://colorcode.is
3. Replaces the default color from #428BCA to #6699cc (Blue-grey)
4. Reorders the colors by moving the blues between the greens and purples
