What does this MR do?
It specifies installation type for the link "CE installation instructions" at "Downgrading from EE to CE" page.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Not sure.
Why was this MR needed?
I followed this manual and after following this link it was confusing to see instructions for EE version (I chose Omnibus for Ubuntu).
