Recommend that a Gitlab issue is added to commit messages
What does this MR do?
One of the issues that I come across is when I am looking at code, and I try to get more context around the change, I run Gblame but then have to use the commit to look up the issue it came from. It would be nice if we put the issue information in the commit message to allow easier navigation between commit -> issue.
