Update Elastic Search documentation link
What does this MR do?
The heap size documentation reference on Elastic Search has moved to a newer page/URL. This change updates the links and also adds another link about configuring the actual JVM options.
Existing link shows a 'Deleted page' message so an update was required. The link is useful to troubleshoot OutOfMemoryError exits of the ES service.
