Fix misalignment by updating searchbar to use Pajamas style

What does this MR do?

Fix misalignment in the commits page. There should be no behaviour changes, just an appearance change.

For reference, this is the BEFORE (copy from issue)

1. Go to Repository > Commits page
2. The "Search by message" is aligned with the buttons
