What does this MR do?

Related to #273269 (closed)

This is currently a PoC MR that demonstrates a multi-Vue app approach to the integrations page with a shared Vuex store.

This is to achieve the layout described in #273269 (closed).

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
