Add karma junit documentation

What does this MR do?

This MR explains how to generate a test report with Javascript using Karma.

Why are we doing this?

Some users expressed interest to have more junit examples with Javascript.

I'm struggling to create an example pipeline showcasing how to generate a test report with karma 🤔
