Fix button styles in repo header
What does this MR do?
This MR fixes button style inconsistencies in the repo tree header #281571 (closed) that were introduced in !45005 (merged).

You'll notice there's a slight misalignment with the block on the left and the string of buttons on the right. This is a pre-existing issue and we should address in a follow-up.
