Add logs about `BulkImports::Pipeline#run`

What does this MR do?

Related to: #281264 (closed)

To make it easier to debug exceptions log what pipeline, and its parts, is running and for what BulkImports::Entity.

PS: This feature is behind a feature flag, that's why there's no changelog.
