Rename metrics aggregation operators

What does this MR do?

This is follow up that address @jeromezng remark !46953 (comment 444240050)

@mikolaj_wawrzyniak I think we should stick with AND and OR operators as I believe they're more accurate and explicit >in what we're doing with the metrics.
