Use Gitlab::Http as the adapter for Graphql queries

What does this MR do?

Use Gitlab::Http as the HTTP adapter for the GraphQL requests on to avoid SSRF problems.

This changes does not have a changelog because the BulkImport feature still behind a feature flag.
