Add more info about KAS for Omnibus GitLab

What does this MR do?

This MR adds a note about KAS logs to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/logs.html and updates some Omnibus-related stuff in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/clusters/agent/.
