Add feature attribute to known_events.yml

What does this MR do?

Add informative feature attribute in known_events.yml in order to be easier to identify the corresponding feature flag for each event tracked.

Add docs on how to disable a feature flag for given event.

Having this, next step could be to have the check for feature flag for the value defined in known_events.yml
