Add regex for Scoverage

What does this MR do?

Adds a regex to parse Scala code coverage, using the scoverage tool.

Here is an example output from the Maven plugin for Scoverage.

[INFO] Statement coverage.: 57.47%
[INFO] Branch coverage....: 68.18%
[INFO] Coverage reports completed.
