Introduce vulnerabilities trends chart
What does this MR do?
This MR adds Vulnerability Report link to the Security & Compliance sidebar navigation and moves the vulnerability reports to under that page. Currently the Security Dashboard displays the vulnerability reports but after this MR it will display a chart of vulnerabilities over time as shown in the Screenshots section.
Screenshots (strongly suggested)
Previously we only had the Security Dashboard link on the sidebar which displayed the vulnerabilities report. With this MR we introduce a new link Vulnerability Report which displays the report, and the security dashboard now displays a chart.
