Job dropdown: Hide tooltip explicitly on click
What does this MR do?
The stop added to the click directive for the job dropdown in !44070 (merged) has the unintended effect of making it so the tooltips persist. This stops other propagation so the dropdown remains open, but hides the tooltips.
