Resolve "Docs: Improve page about Kubernetes deploy"
What does this MR do?
I spotted #28199 (closed), which noted several issues with https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/clusters/, before I went out on leave. Now that I'm back, I'm starting to dig into some of these backlogged items. The cross-linking seems simple enough, but I want a member of ~"devops::configure" to do a technical check on the items to make certain I'm not introducing problems.
@AndreKR - thanks for contributing. Sorry about the delay. I found this issue right before I had surgery.
