Make finders of report builds consistent across report types
What does this MR do?
Related to #215725 (closed)
This MR makes consistent the way we look for builds containing specific reports by using latest_report_builds. In an upcoming MR we will change latest_report_builds to include also builds from any child pipelines. This will allow MR widgets to display reports generated by child pipelines.
