• Replace tooltip with GlTooltipDirective in /app/assets/javascripts/ide/components/commit_sidebar/list.vue

Not sure about where I'm looking at. I guess it's in the Web IDE > Commits sidebar > Discard all changes button. But there's no visible change (below):
