Draft: Replace gl deprecated badge in unscanned components

What does this MR do?

This MR replaces the GlDeprecatedBadge with the GlBadge in the environments_dashboard to solve this issue.

Attention: This component is currently not imported anywhere, but will be in the future To reproduce this you will first have to import this component manually.
