Bump auto-deploy-image to v1.0.6

What does this MR do?

As the CNCF's official Helm chart repository will be de-listed on Nov 13, 2020, we fixed auto-deploy-image to fetch postgresql charts from bitnami and stable-archive repository. We should roll out this change before the period, otherwise Auto Deploy related features will stop working.
