Draft: Resolve "Sort releases by date, name, and milestones in API"

What does this MR do?

Based on the first checkbox in this issue proposal, we'll also need to add order_by attributes for:

• release name
• modified date
• milestone
• updated_at
• due_date
• start_date

We already have create date as created_at from !44118 (merged)
