Added deployment to EKS

What does this MR do?

The cloud deployment documentation heavily emphasises AWS deployments but doesn't mention other cloud providers that are already supported in GitLab like AKS, GKE, Oracle - we should add handy links here to make it easier for the users to find.

This MR implements changes from !39594 (comment 433704713)
