Minor modifications to wiki "delete page" modal

What does this MR do?

Minor changes to Wiki "Delete Page" button and modal:

• make button "secondary" style (consistent with PJs: https://design.gitlab.com/components/button#danger)
• make button text "delete page"
• make modal smaller
• add cancel button to modal
