Link container registry replication instructions
What does this MR do?
When setting up Geo, replication of container registries is disabled by default. We should a message that links to the supported datatypes table. But we don't have any notes about enabling replication for the container registry there, which can be confusing. This MR adds a link in that table to the instructions for enabling container registry replication.
