Snippet Edit: replaced blob-content-edit with editor-lite component

What does this MR do?

The MR replaces <blob-content-edit> with <editor-lite> component.

!44577 (merged) introduced the new component for integration of Editor Lite into the Vue applications. This MR unifies and sets the pattern of usages for that component instead of a custom <blob-content-edit>.
