Align badge with avatar in MR List
What does this MR do?
Align the count badge with the avatars on the MR list. This will ensure it has a consistent UI of that in the issue list.

Testing Case
- Go to MR list:

Group (go to a group and click on "Merge Requests")

Project (go to a project and click on "Merge Requests")

Dashboard (click on the MR icon next to your signed in avatar)

In all MR list views, the badge count is aligned.
