Remove references to docs /workflow dir

What does this MR do?

We are slowly removing all the redirect files (in favor of server-side redirects), and I want to make sure we have no more references for /help for these files. In this case, I'm removing all the redirects under /doc/workflow (which translate to /help/workflow).
