Remove interchangiability test from http_io_spec
What does this MR do?
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/pipelines/17214148
The test for checking interchangeability between IO
class and HttpIO
class was broken.
Since this is not so important, let's remove for now.
Also, this could fail per bumping ruby version. This is quite annoying.
