What does this MR do?
Replaces in-repo SVGs with @gitlab/svgs in Project Value Stream Analytics (Cycle Analytics). This removes v-html from Project Value Stream Analytics (formerly known as project-level Cycle Analytics).
Removes 3 relevant in-repo SVGs. 1 of them (app/assets/javascripts/cycle_analytics/svg/icon_commit.svg) looks unused before this MR.
