Container Registry Metadata Database
What does this MR do?
When discussing how to create a self-service registry deployment, it came up that it would be helpful to document the proposed architecture changes for metadata storage to help increase the clarity and transparency of the project. This MR adds a new architecture blueprint to describe the registry metadata database.
