Fix inconsistencies between finding jobs by tokens

What does this MR do?

Related to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/202797#note_410848857

Replaces ::Ci::Build.running.find_by_token with ::Ci::AuthJobFinder which implements the same behavior.
