Replaced GlDeprecatedDropdown with GlDropdown on dependencies page

What does this MR do?

Tracks #233592 (closed) to migrate from GLDeprecatedDropdown to GlDropdown. Functionally there is no difference. Visually the vertically alignment issue withe carat is fixed. See screenshots.
