Fixed unified diff lines not displaying inline diffs correctly

What does this MR do?

Fixes unified diff lines not rendering inline diffs correctly. Instead of us always converting and rendering parallel diff lines, this changes it to create a getter that generates the parallel diff lines based on the inline diffs array.
