Remove old DAST profiles routes

What does this MR do?

This removes deprecated routes for accessing DAST profiles management.

The new routes have been added in !42600 (merged) and we've started favoring them over the old ones with !42859 (merged), which has been deployed to production. We can now safely remove the olds routes.
