Put GraphQL operation name into logs

What does this MR do?

This MR introduces a new field for the log messages which is called graphql. This new field has only one field called operation name for now but is open to extending in the future with the information of resolvers involved to have a more granular log data.

This new field will make it easier to navigate through logs on Kibana.
