Note there is no changelog for this feature flag removal since this has been rolled out on SaaS only, and the CI Notification Dot experiment gitlab-org/growth/team-tasks#101 (closed) is running, and also determines whether the actual feature is shown. A changelog entry will be appropriate when :ci_notification_dot_experiment_percentage is removed.
