Replace v-html with v-safe-html in registry_breadcrumb.vue

What does this MR do?

This MR replaces v-html with v-safe-html in app/assets/javascripts/registry/explorer/components/registry_breadcrumb.vue.

Relates to #241964 (closed).

Steps to test

1. Go to a project registry
2. Check that the breadcrumb dividers are rendered like on any other page (such as Merge Requests).
