Update auto-deploy-app doc URL to the vendored one

What does this MR do?

We recently deprecated the independent auto-deploy-chart in favor of a vendoring the chart directly in the auto-deploy-image, the image used for the deployment jobs. The image was updated in !39272 (merged)

This MR updates various links in the docs to point to the vendored chart instead of the deprecated chart.
