Geo: Add feature flag to docs
What does this MR do?
This MR adds the feature flag geo_self_service_framework_replication to geo docs.
This feature flag is removed in 13.3 and a new one is introduced in its place but in 13.2 we need to document the old one.
(The MR also contains some word repetition removals to please the linter.)
