Restore sidebar collapse button padding (EE Version)
What does this MR do?
EE Version of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/16323
The CE change broke the toggle collapse button in the epic show view. I added a css change to temporarily fix this. There is a lot of overwriting styles in the sidebar, I think we can revisit this part when we do the css refactor.
