Record user for contact_sales_btn_in_app experiment

What does this MR do?

Uses the new record_experiment_user method to record the current_user and their group_type (experimental or control) for the Add contact sales option in app experiment.

No changelog or documentation is needed as this is a developer-facing change and is for an experiment (behind a feature flag).
