As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired. What does this MR do?

Original issue: #228730 (closed) Adds external link to repositories list in importers. Link is displayed only when we have "real link" available (sometimes providerLink is null, this is intended when we import repositories from sources which do not have web interface (for example using manifest importer)
