Network policy editor preview
What does this MR do?
This MR adds a policy preview component for the upcoming policy editor(&3403 (closed)). This component is used for presenting yaml and humanized previews for the NetworkPolicy kubernetes resources. Humanized description is constructed using helper functions introduced in this MR.
