Prepare rich content editor for external custom renderers
What does this MR do?
NOTICE: This is a backstage MR. It does not (and should not) have any effect in the UX.
This Merge Request reorganizes the RichContentEditor component initialization to allow clients of this component to pass custom rendering functions. Custom renderers are functions that allow customizing the process of rendering Markdown into HTML.
