Show correct edition for EE free

What does this MR do?

Sets the edition field of the usage ping to 'EE Free' when using EE without a license.

Also, including whether or not the license is a trial or not in the usage ping.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Don't think so, but this does need a version app MR too: https://dev.gitlab.org/gitlab/version-gitlab-com/merge_requests/118

Why was this MR needed?

It makes it easier to work with the usage ping data.
