Draft: Metrics dashboard cancel previous requests

What does this MR do?

Uses an Axios cancel token to cancel all possible previous PromQL requests in the metrics dashboard if new requests have been dispatched. However, the previously dispatched GraphQL requests are not cancelled in this MR.

This is especially useful when:

1. XHRs dispatched by Auto-refresh are slow and need to be cancelled in favour of new ones
2. The refresh button is clicked multiple times
